Geotechnical study in Santa Olalla del Cala

In Santa Olalla del Cala, the predominant geotechnical substrate is formed by slates and schists, representing close to 59% of the soils, followed by granite, gneiss and other igneous rocks, as well as some reduced bands of sandstones and conglomerates. These lithologies give the ground high strength and low deformability, which promotes stability and provides good bearing capacity for shallow and semi-deep foundations.
