Geotechnical study in Quintanar de la Sierra

In Quintanar de la Sierra, the dominant geological substrate is composed of sandstones, conglomerates and flysch, accounting for almost 70% of the surface area, accompanied to a lesser extent by limestones and dolomites. These materials typically have an adequate bearing capacity for most buildings. They usually exhibit low permeability, although localised shallow aquifers may be found.
