Geotechnical study in Huévar del Aljarafe

In Huévar del Aljarafe, the predominant geotechnical substrate is made up mainly of limestones, dolomites and marbles, indicating the presence of soils of a competent nature and good bearing capacity for shallow or semi-deep foundations. Compact gravels and sands, although infrequent, also provide favourable performance in terms of stability and settlements, and the overall permeability is low, although there may be layers with some potential for shallow aquifers, which requires identification during the field investigation.
