Geotechnical study in Silleda

In Silleda, slates and schists predominate, characterised by their competent behaviour and low permeability, which favours a good bearing capacity for conventional shallow foundations. In smaller proportions, sandstones, conglomerates and flysch are found; these materials likewise provide stable support, although in specific areas they may present some lithological heterogeneity.
