Geotechnical study in Centelles

In Centelles, geotechnical investigations reveal a predominance of white, soft expansive clays, which account for more than 50% of the near-surface subsoil. These units exhibit very low permeability, creating unfavourable drainage conditions and the occurrence of shallow aquifers in specific areas.
