In Porqueres, the dominant subsoil is composed of white and soft expansive clays, which account for close to half of the soils found in the area. Consequently, the main factor to be assessed in detail is the characterisation and consolidation of the predominant soft clays at the surface, ensuring safe support in the selected areas.
