In Massalavés, a substrate formed mainly by fine sands and silts predominates, accounting for more than 77% of the soils present. These units have an average bearing capacity, which requires careful analysis to define the appropriate foundation depth, particularly considering the possible local presence of aquifers and compact gravels.
