Types of ground in Mallabia
In Mallabia, the predominant geological substrate consists of limestones, dolomites and marbles, accounting for 86.45% of the total, which defines generally high and favourable bearing-capacity conditions for shallow foundations. Sandstones, conglomerates and flysch occur much less frequently.
