Types of ground in Langreo

In Langreo, non-clayey substrates predominate, with fine sands and silts being the most common materials, although only occasionally. Sandstones, conglomerates and flysch are also present, but in smaller proportions. These formations usually provide adequate bearing capacity for conventional foundations, although the presence of water masses and the low local permeability may affect drainage management and the determination of the optimum foundation type.
