Types of ground in La Torre de Claramunt
In La Torre de Claramunt, the predominant geological substrate is mostly made up of limestones, dolomites and marbles, with occasional occurrences of sandstones, conglomerates and flysch. In addition, the non-clayey substrate rules out the risk of expansivity. The main aspect to control in the geotechnical study will be the identification and assessment of possible karst processes before starting any foundation work.
